We recently moved from a house with traditional decor to a modern architecture townhouse and employed East End Blinds to provide virtually all our new window and door treatments. I couldn't be more pleased with the final results. EEB has a solid "team" concept that works exceptionally well. The design folks gave us a variety of ideas, the nuts-and-bolts folks were great at troubleshooting and installation, the administrative folks facilitated the interaction, and Tom, the owner, was involved in all aspects of our project and accessible when needed. The products are Hunter-Douglas with a solid reputation for quality and warranty. We purchased plantation shutters for windows and a front door w/sidelights, a vertiglide for a sliding-glass door (which thrills me every day) w/matching honeycomb window shade, silhouette and regular roller shades for the bedrooms. We did have an issue initially with our master bedroom shades, which might have been due to the window construction itself, but Tom and the team persevered and ultimately prevailed. The end result is the holy grail - a very satisfied customer. A big "thank-you" to the East End Blinds & Window Treatments Co. Highly recommended!

From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. The consultant came to our home for a free measurement and brought samples that helped us choose the perfect style and color for our living room and bedrooms – blackout cellular shades that match our decor beautifully and block light perfectly.
Communication was excellent throughout; we were kept updated on the production timeline, and the blinds arrived right on schedule. The installation team was professional, punctual, friendly, and incredibly efficient – they had everything installed in just a few hours, with no mess left behind. They even took the time to explain how to operate and clean them properly.
The quality is top-notch: the blinds fit each window perfectly (no gaps!), operate smoothly, and have already made a huge difference in temperature control and privacy. They look elegant and high-end, transforming the whole feel of our home.
